Těžiště práce tvoří dotazníková šetření migračních postojů čtyř vytipovaných migračně rizikových skupin odborníků (lékaři, IT/ICT specialisté, techničtí inženýři z podnikatelského výzkumu a studující doktorandi). Výsledky čtyř dotazníkových průzkumů jsou analyzovány ve vztahu k šetření migračních postojů celkové české populace i z hlediska rozdílů migračního sklonu jednotlivých skupin odborníků navzájem. Nedílnou součástí práce je analýza příjmové motivace pro práci českých odborníků v zahraničí, kde je porovnáván diferenciál mezi výdělky sledovaných odborníků v ČR, Německu, Rakousku, Velké Británii a Irsku a na základě toho odvozena intenzita výdělkové stimulace pro práci v zahraničí. Práce je doplněna statistickou analýzou vývoje počtu sledovaných odborníků na českém trhu práce.. The aim of this study is to scrutinise the extent of human capital flight from the CR and its contributing factors. The core of the work draws on a questionnaire-based survey of the migration attitudes of four groups of experts identified as being susceptible to migration. The results of the 4 questionnaires are analysed in relation to a survey of the migration attitudes of the Czech population as a whole and from the perspective of differences between the groups of experts in their inclination to migrate. Another integral part of the work is an analysis of the income motivation for Czech experts to work abroad, where the differential between the earnings of the experts under scrutiny in the CR, FRG, Austria, UK and Ireland is compared as the basis for a deduction of the intensity of the earnings stimulation to work abroad. The work is complemented by a statistical analysis of the development of the number of the experts under scrutiny on the Czech labour market.
